About the position

As a People & Culture Intern, you will play a vital role in supporting our human resources functions. This internship will provide you with hands-on experience in various aspects of HR, including recruitment and employee engagement, allowing you to develop and refine your skills in a dynamic startup environment.

Duration: 3 to 6 months

Responsibilities

• Recruitment support: assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.

• Onboarding: help with the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition and integration into the company.

• Employee engagement: contribute to initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement and satisfaction, including organizing team-building activities and surveys.

• HR administration: support HR administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records, preparing HR documents, and updating internal databases.

• Policy development: assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

• Training and development: coordinate and support training and development programs for employees.

• HR projects: participate in various HR projects and initiatives, providing support as needed.

Preferably you are…

• A student in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Proactive, entrepreneurial, enthusiastic.

• Interested in people management and organizational development.

• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Analytic, pragmatic, and result-driven.

• A creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.

• Talented in written and verbal communication both in English and Italian.

• Adept at handling confidential information with discretion.
