The Role

We’re growing fast and looking for a GTM & Growth Engineer to shape and scale the infrastructure behind our growth engine. This is a high-impact hybrid role combining growth marketing, systems thinking, and technical execution. You’ll work at the intersection of product, sales, marketing, and data — building the stack that drives traction.About the Position

Language

Our internal docs and collaboration happen in English — strong proficiency is required. Since we’re based in Italy, fluency in Italian is a big plus.

Responsibilities

As a GTM & Growth Engineer, your mission is to design, build, and scale the systems behind our growth efforts — across acquisition, activation, and analytics.

You’ll be the technical glue between marketing, product, and sales, ensuring that experiments run smoothly, campaigns scale effectively, and every growth motion is data-informed.

🔧 Growth Stack & Automation

  • Build and maintain integrations across CRM, analytics, and marketing tools

  • Implement lead routing, enrichment, scoring, and attribution workflows

  • Use APIs, scripts, or no-code tools to remove bottlenecks and automate ops

📈 Performance Marketing & Experiments

  • Plan and optimize paid campaigns (search, social, retargeting)

  • Run A/B and multivariate tests across landing pages and onboarding flows

  • Monitor channel performance and reallocate budget based on ROI

📊 Data & Analytics

  • Define and track funnel metrics (TOFU → Activation → Paid), CAC payback, LTV, churn

  • Build dashboards to surface insights across sales, product, and marketing

  • Ensure tracking integrity, UTM hygiene, and data deduplication

🚀 GTM Strategy & Lifecycle

  • Collaborate on positioning, messaging, and feature-to-value translation

  • Identify and fix funnel bottlenecks with technical and process improvements

  • Own lifecycle channels: email, content, SEO, Reddit, LinkedIn, and more

  • Design email/in-app sequences for onboarding, retention, and reactivation

  • Ensure smooth PQL handoff from marketing to sales with enriched lead data

What Are the Essential Requirements and Skills?

  • 3–5 years of experience in B2B SaaS across growth, performance marketing, or RevOps

  • Proficiency in running paid campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)

  • Experience configuring and integrating marketing tools (CRM, automation, analytics)

  • Strong data mindset: funnel analysis, cohort tracking, hypothesis-driven testing

  • Automation skills: building workflows or using integration platforms (Zapier, scripts, etc.)

  • Familiarity with SEO, content marketing, or organic community channels

  • Detail-oriented, collaborative, and systems-driven

  • Curious, self-starting, and ready to take ownership end-to-end

💡 Nice-to-Haves

➕ Previous experience with technical SaaS (data, AI, dev tools)
➕ Experience with open-source developer communities
➕ Hands-on with performance marketing, lead nurturing, or full-funnel optimization
